The other option would be to enter it as "Bailee Madison [Bailee Madison Williams Holte]". |

There are two ways to deal with this actress B/M W/H or B/M /W H, given the normal stae of affairs relative to naming conventions, and that while double middle names are not unheard of though rare indeed, I think I would probably go with B/M/W H on this one.
