It has happened on two occasions now that when I enter the UPC of a box set, I download only the boxset itself but not the linked profiles of said box set (each individual disc). This happened with: - Star Trek the Original Series season 1 Blu-ray (US edition) - X-Men Trilogy box set (US edition) In both instances I added the profile before the set was released in my ordered list. At that time, the child profiles for each individual disc did not exist. I then moved the sets to my owned tab. When adding with a title search, I could find the child profiles of the seperate discs, yet when I update the profile of the box set, it remains as is and doesn't download the child profiles. The only thing I can do in such instances is manually search for the child profiles (search on title), check if the disc ID's match, download each child profile individually and manually add them to the box set. Is this an error in DVD Profiler? Can I activate an option to automatically download child profile and put them in the correct box set by updating my profiles? The odd thing is, when I entered my Matrix Blu-ray box set, DVD Profiler downloaded the box set but also the child profiles and neatly attached them to the box set profile. It seems that DVD Profile does so if the child profiles already exist at the time I add the set to my collection. If I add a set of which child profiles haven't been created yet, I can only add them manually, not by updating the box set profile |
