How Do I Add Photos To The Gallery?

I seem to be having a little trouble figuring out an easy way to add photos or images to the Gallery attached to the Cover Images Window.  I would like to add scans of the DVD disc itself and additional insert info included with many DVD's like Chapter lists.  Is there an easy way to add personal images to the Gallery?  I have a lot of the images I'm talking about organized in folders with my Cover Scans, but it seems the program organizes Gallery images under some sort of Serial Number or something.  Anyone have any ideas?

What I do is click the "folder "icon in the bottom left of the gallery window. This opens up that profile's gallery folder in Windows. Then I simply drag and drop photos into that window.
The gallery folders are named using the UPC code of the profile, so each profile will get it's own unique folder.
