Once the "Actors" profile pops up you need to double click on the area designated for a "Photo" to initiate a web search for photos.

You might have accidentaly clicked on the window divider.

Double click on an actor to open the list of DVD's.

Do you see a grey bar on top with an arrow pointing down? Then doubleclick on the grey divider, and the image area will reappear. If it appears smaller then before, you can slide it downwards to increase the image size.
