| Posted: | | | | I thought I seen this talked about somewhere earlier... but can't seem to find it now. I needed to update my online collection and keep getting an error... First thing I tried was rebooting DVD ProfilerThen I tried rebooting the computerThen I tried Database RepairNone of these things helped. Anyone here know how to fix this or have any other ideas? | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Hello Pete, maybe it helps to uninstall the current profiler (backup!) and reinstall the latest version of dvd profiler. Another approach could be to create a new db and retry the update. What about firewall settings or other programmes taking influence on your internet connection? No more ideas here! Good luck! | | | Thorsten |

| Posted: | | | | No idea about this error Pete, what operating system are you using? I spent a few hours the other day trying to get my external backup harddrive to work through firewire again. Eventually I just yelled at it, and it must have listened. | | | Corey | | | Last edited: by Katatonia |

| Posted: | | | | Have you tried to completely uninstall the program, and then reinstall the program in a different directory, and restore your database? | | | Corey |

Weird thing is... I can download my collection from the website... just can't upload. And I can download profiles fine... I can upload contributions fine. I just can't upload my collection. | | | Pete |

I just tried this with reinstalling it on a whole new drive... let alone a different directory... and I still can not upload my collection. | | | Pete |

there is a new 3.5 version of phpdvdprofiler - you can try that. I will have to try to get ahold of Andy... he is hosting it for me and does all the updates to the program. But the problem I had with it before was not phpdvdprofiler itself... but cwRsync wasn't updating it right even though it should with the settings it had. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | The only thing I remember installing is the Bulkedit Plugin... but I already tried uninstalling it. Haven't installed any unrelated (to DVDP) programs in quite a while. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | The last thing I could think of didn't work. So now I am down to hoping Ken can get me straight one way or another. I opened a support ticket so hopefully he will either see that or this thread before too long. | | | Pete |
