I'm not exactly sure how to go about this, so...

The rules says to take cast from the standard end credits, and only list from the initial credits if they are not listed in the end credits. So far, so good!

I'm in the process of entering Gone with the Wind. It has no end credits, but in the beginning, it says

  Rhett Butler

  Vivien Leigh
          as
Scarlett O'Hara

and a few other principal actors. Then, later in the opening credits, comes:

          The Players

                At Tara
  The O'Hara Plantation in Georgia.
Gerald O'Hara........Thomas Mitchell
Ellen, his wife...........Barbara O'Neill
          Their Daughters:
Scarlett......................Vivien Leigh
Suellen....................Evelyn Keyes

and so on. So how do I treat that? Right now, I'm most inclined to completely disregard the first set, as they are all listed in the second, and then "simply" regard the second set as end credits, listing them with dividers and all. As far as I can tell, that would also be the intention of the rules, but I'm not 100% sure...

So, what do you say?
