Trying to figure out what your question is, Mike. As Credited, family name is NOT relevant unless you are trying to establish it as a Common Name, how it appears On Screen is the only relevant issue for As Credited or Credited As. We don't use the term family name in the program, and Asian norms use Family Name as FIRST name.

ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!!

It seems that this name is in a right mess: just glancing at the Li Bing Bing entries on the CLT show that people have parsed her as Li/Bing/Bing, Li Bing//Bing and Li//Bing Bing.
Without any word from Ken as how to properly deal with Asian names, I can only advise that you follow screen order for name entry. However Bing Bing is one name so belongs in the same field.
Whether you need a common name or not, again I can't help as I don't own Forbidden Kingdom so I don't know how she is credited in that, but looking at the CLT and various filmographies online, it does seem that Li Bing Bing is most common (for now).

PS you missed off her single credit as Li Bing-Bing in your results...
