I had a dvd list I really liked and had mad a few changes to and uploaded it and cant find it now.
Could someone please help me either modify the one I have or create a new one for me?
I have a sample of the one I used to use.

I uploaded the template on the old system before they changed names and companys and dont remember the name. Most likely you find them.
