If yes try a reinstall of DVDProfiler. Probably SP1 messed up some of the program settings. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | I have Vista and installed SP1 with no problems with any of my programs. Maybe it's an issue with the 64-bit version? | | | Corey |

I can start the program with holding down the ctrl button and load my database from online. But when I start the program without the ctrl button I get the same 2 errors. |

To fully uninstall, you can either: a. Uninstall profiler, then re-install and de-select the plugins option from the list of items to be installed. or b. | Posted: | | | | You've probably done this already, but just in case: Uninstall DVD Profiler and clean out your system registry of all instances of DVD Profiler. When you reinstall, ensure that you have full Admin rights and make sure that there are no other programs running in the background, i.e., anti-virus, net nannies, firewalls, etc, etc. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
