Step four was just a good backup phase.., But Step five is:  When you want to compare your contributed notes by looking at the section within your database you'll get this screen shot unless you uploaded you newly saved database..

Well, that one is a different message from what they would receive - that's the message if it exists in your online collection and you submitted an update for it and it was recently approved or rejected.

Nope... It means that if you contribute a title from your desktop invelos, and then go back into profiler hours later or days later because you wanted to see what it was exactly you submitted, ( because let's face it, on line you can only see your own notes You cannot view the entire contribution with scans and all.
So you go into your profiler found the disc in question and click on the contribution notes for that disc that was previously submitted and accepted.  You now are looking for yours and there it is on the bottom of the page. It doesn't show you what is currently on the web site unless you click the button that says: ''' Evaluate this contribution.. "  and guess what??  If you have never submitted that title in question that you are currently highlighting and viewing within,, you will get that error message I have shown in the above post.

NOW.. If you have downloaded your 'saved files' back to Invelos, It will now 'see this' and give you access to what it is you wanted to see i the first place.
So my number 5 notes stand as is.

O.k., I see what it was you were trying to say...it was just a tad confusing to read.  I think the way you wrote it ended up a little too complicated.  Seems like you took a five mile trip to go around the block.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

A bit of an out there question, but is there a way to automatically have the average review for a movie entered without having to manually look up the average and then enter it manually?

If I'm reading you right, the review section isn't actually meant to show the average score, it's there for you to apply your own score to each film. Once you've added a review, it would then be taken into account when showing the average next time.
Although, it would be nice to see the average without having to look it up.

Yeah you're reading me right

It'd be nice to just have a choice to have it pre-populated with the average.. maybe I should suggest that as a feature?

4. After completed.., remove the downloaded second versions, and MAKE sure you Backup your data within your PC itself, but not to the C: drive / dvdprofiler (yellow folder) ... Make a new backup area which will be an extension  '.dpb'  to another drive ( if you don't have second or third partition areas??, then put it into another area of the C: Drive ).,, .
5. Then after that  point - backup your data back to Invelos to your on line data bank, this way the program will see your 'data'  and when it comes time to contribute any new info , the online data will flow, and communicate  with your contributed notes more evenly..

Was there anything I might have overlooked or misunderstood .....

I have no idea what you are trying to do here?

I would ask if you are wanting to create a new database - but I don't understand why you want to do that either..

I gave 'four'  suggestions just in this quoted section alone,, which,, if not all are you referring to??

I think we all just need to shake our own heads here. I've read this and the following clarifications and its all double dutch to me. IF I squint and look sideways at the screen then I get a vague impression of what you might be trying to say.

In answer to your question - you have given 4 & 5 as 1 thing to do in total - so I still can't see 4 separate suggestions - just 1 very very looonnnggg one..

All right, you caught me. Speaking the plain truth is getting pretty damn dull around here.

If you go to your contributions screen (in My Proflier) and click on the "view contribution notes" for your contribution - then scroll down to your contribution, you can click on "evaluate this contribution" and open the same screen anyone else can look at, scans and all.  I forget who pointed this out to me, but it works as long as your contribution is still available for evaulation.  Once the screeners have adjudicated your contribution (approve or deny) you can't see it again.
