The following 2 titles are dvd-audio discs.
Deep Purple: Machine Head 081227666491
Doors: L.A. Woman 075596261296

When I try to contribute them to have them removed I get the following message:

This profile cannot be contributed due to the following errors:
DVD Profiler's online database is for video DVDs only. Please do not contribute DVD Audio discs.

I was able to submit "Doobie Brothers: The Captain And Me 081227834791" for removal.
How do I ask to have the other 2 removed? I have sent Gerri a pm also.

Barry

The PM to Gerri is probably your best bet.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the procedure currently in use is to replace the title of the DVD in question with "Screeners Please Delete this Profile" and explain why in your contribution notes.

I get the impression that's what he's been trying to do but the system won't accept his submission.

@Barry
I'm wondering how the system is able to tell - is there any difference in info between the 2 you can't submit and the 1 you can? I'm thinking mainly of the Disc info - that's the only section I can think of that would flag a disc as being dvd-audio.

Doubtful that the Disc Info section would get involved as you are able to contribute Profiles without it and there is nothing there, or anywhere in the profile for that matter, that would identify a disc as DVD-Audio other than in the title or discription.

Bfd245: nice catch those audio DVD's

I just contributed the
081227-666491 Deep Purple: Machine Head with this title:
Invelos: Please delete this profile from the database
contribution note:
Invelos: Please delete this profile from the database

this is an audio DVD

it seems you have to blanc the edition field: DVD Audio
Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.

I wasn't sure if there was something in the disc ID itself that identified it as an audio disc, but it seems Giga has found the answer.
