| Posted: | | | | Hi. I just started watching Battlestar Galactica yesterday. I picked up the disc from Blockbuster.
I was surprised to see that instead of having 4 episodes (like how it is divided in profiler) it was just one long movie. But the cover and the print of the disc said Season 1.0 Disc 1.
Am I watching the right disc or have I picked up something else entirely? | | | |

| Posted: | | | | Back in 2003 SciFi presented a new "Battlestar Galactica" mini series. It was a 3hour special dividied into two parts AFAIR.
After it was successfully aired, a first season was produced.
If the thing you've watched was nearly three hours long and told about the destruction of the colonies then you have the "pilot" to the new Galactica series. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
