| Posted: | | | | I paid (via PayPal) for a registration (key) on March 4th and duly received a confirmation email saying payment had been made (along with Transaction ID number).
No Registration key was forthcoming.
On March 6th I sent an email to customer service asking where the registration key was (as instructed in the email which stated "If you have questions about the delivery and tracking of your purchased item or service, please contact Invelos Software, Inc.") - I included my Transaction ID
I have posted this here as email queries don't seem to be working - it is now March 8th and still no response to my email.
Hopefully someone here will pick this up and action it.
thanks

| Posted: | | | | If you send me your Paypal information in a PM, I can research it. As stated above though, if you paid via eCheck, it takes several days for Paypal to process it.

| Posted: | | | | OK, I find that very reasonable that there is likely delays in processing PayPal. But my concerns are compounded by the fact there has been no answer to the email I sent to (Invelos) Customer Service a couple of day ago... |

Yup, accept that too...which is why I posted to this Forum, figured I would get a response from someone here. I also accept there is 500K+ users - but then I doubt they all emailed Invelos earlier this week! All that said, I am now not overly bothered as I have had a reasonable answer through the forum - which is fine. And thanks for the welcome too! |
