| Posted: | | | | Hello. First I love this application. I just heard about it from a friend of mine. So, I figured I would add one of my prized box sets - the Alien Quadrilogy. I entered the UPC and it uploaded the image, but no other details whatsoever. Are there some DVD's that do not contain this info? Thanks |

| Posted: | | | | this is a box set/child profile issue. As someone suggested in another somewhat related thread look here for some more information (and there is probably a few other threads that have that info as well) -Agrare |

| Posted: | | | | No worries, the search functionality is kinda hokey.
If you're at the Add DVD screen and insert one of the DVD discs, there's a good chance that it'll be able to identify the movie on that DVD and allow you to add the profile for it. This is assuming that the DVD's in the box set do not have their own UPC's. If they do, enter their UPC's and you'll get the profile.
Then once you have those profiles downloaded, you can edit the profile for the box set and assign the other profiles to it. The result would be that you would only see the boxes profile but with a + sign next to it. Clicking the + sign will display the child profiles. You can keep on nesting profiles using this method. |
