I recently did a profile for this movie for a Norwegian Dogma collection box set, and was horrified  to see that all the cast and crew are credited togetherin the end credits, with no role names or production roles specified. It just says Made by: and then lists all actors/crew members involved in the making of the film! I left the crew and cast blank in my contribution, BTW. But does anyone have any solution to how this could be contributed as per the rules? I don't see any!

The Danish Film Institute have a database over all Danish films. Here's the entry for Idioterne:
http://dnfx.dfi.dk/pls/dnf/pwt.page_setup?p_pagename=dnffuldvis&p_parmlist=filmid=23221

I think if you go for the names credited (and as credited) in the movie and the role names from the database above (being Norwegian I think you'd be able to understand the little danish there is on the page), you should be good and in line with the rules.

Thanks for the link! I will do this for my local DB, at least.

I would consider the Danish Film Institute's own site a reliable enough source for your info if you did want to contribute it, especially if you explain the circumstances in your contribution notes.

Unfortunately the link you provided doesn't solve it, since it is not complete - there are people listed in the actual movie credits that are not listed in the Danish Film Institute database, which makes it difficult knowing whether these people are cast members or crew members. I also found several errors in actor names in the database (compared to the actual credits), which unfortunately makes it no more reliable than IMDB.

However, I found an official site for the movie here: http://www.dogme95.dk/the_idiots/content/index.htm
It contains a credit section

I've just thought - have you looked at any other "Idiots" profiles from other localities?
Maybe someone else has already been able to work it out - and it would be a lot easier to copy & paste their info...

Too close to the bone I'm afraid. It did crack me up though.
