Registration key is not correct

I've upgraded from a 2.x registration key, and got a new key for DVD Profiler 3.0. It is an unlimited registration key, but i cannot register it in the software. When I try, I get the following error: The key entered is invalid. Please check First Name, Last Name and Key...

Please help!

Do you have any accented characters (or æøå) in your name? If so, take a look at this thread. I'm still waiting myself

Yes, my last name is Hagstrøm, so it includes a special character... I hope they can fix this very soon!
