Error when trying to Sync to Online DB & when trying to sync to mobile

When I try to Sync my collection to "Online"
and
When I try to sycn my collection to my newly purchased DVD Profiler Mobile

I get a pop-up error message 'dd-MMM-yy' is not a valid date once I click OK, the sync just stops.

for the online upload the data is 12-Jun-06 and for the PDA sync the date is 07-Jul-04.....

I am in Germany but both my laptop and PDA are english OS and set to US regional settings and a date format of dd-MMM-yy

What can I do????
