Both him and Ken C. have stated that they'd rather prefer not to disclose their stories/points of view, and just move on. With that they show that they don't agree with Kyle's decision of publicizing his view of the events. Jesse told just that. That it was Kyle's opinion and view, and that his was different. That means that he doesn't agree with some of the statements, so, even if he didn't said it it'd be quite obvious he thinks their not totally truthful (otherwise he'd just agree with them, wouldn't he?).
We know each one of the 6 has his own story, but, like Ken & Jesse said, they agreed to disagree when it comes to some points (including probably those from several pages of the TRO request written by IVS's lawyers). And decided to respect that difference between them and concentrate in the common ground and just move on. So, who am I to go against that decision? That is internal IVS dealings, between the partners. (and between personal friends even)
I, as a user can not demand any more than what I have now. A fully working, actively developed program.
So, rest assured Jesse, Ken et. al, you don't owe me nothing.

While the court docs are public record and we have a few public posts, in the end, none of this is really any of our business. Sure, if they say more stuff, I'll read it. Skip Up until Jesse stated that some of Kyle's statements were false, I would have agreed. If he had remained mute, he would have owed us nothing. However, one does not get a free ride after choosing to publicly contradict someone else's side of the story. I won't give something a rest which Jesse did not see fit to give a rest. |
