Not much to go on for #9 -- a very young Martin Balsam... I suspect it's "12 Angry Men"

Yes definitely Night of the Living Dead,, and #9 is 12 angry men..
It's too bad the composer of this Great piece of video work  never used "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World"  for #15 instead of Being John Malkovich .

The scene ?? Why when Phil Silvers counted off everyone around the buried treasure and counted himself in twice..
