The only A5 report I can find is "Kurt's A5 report". It's based on Bumblebee, which, unlike Bumblegenre,  has a constant (yellow) background color. Anyway, changing backgrounds are trivial to implement.

Just open the report in the editor, switch to the 'Content' tab and select the background 'Hintergrund'.

1. Create a copy with Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V. This new rectangle is probably called 'Box1' but you can rename it.

2. Now adjust the recangle's color under 'Fill color' and edit the 'Condition' field. This opens a new box where you set 'Type' = 'Genres', 'Comparision' = 'contain' and 'Value' = whatever genre you want.

3. Move the new rectangle behind the other elements with the 'Send to back' button.

Repeat these steps for all genres that need a separate color. Finally, move 'Hintergrund' to the back - this will be the default.

There is another background 'HG DVD Nr.' for the collection number. You need to repeat the procedure described above if you want to have matching colors for both backgrounds.

If you just want to scale down one of the A4 reports to A5 you can't do that from Profiler's report window but need to set it in the printer's configuration, i. e. open the File/Print dialog, then 'Select/Setup Printer', open the printer's properties dialog and go to the tab for the paper setup. Here you select A5 paper and, depending on the printer model, 'autoscale' / 'fit to page' / '71%'...
