| Posted: | | | | I originally raised this in the beta testing forum - but since this is a released version it should be here. I occasionally get an access violation when downloading profile updates. This is usually when I have selected to update an image and there is a lock on the image for that profile. The only way to get out of it is to { ctrl + alt +del } dvd profiler.. | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | I get an access violation quite often when deleting titles from the database. Sometimes one or two clicks on "ok" does the trick, othertimes I have to kill the process. |

| Posted: | | | | I'm bumping this up since I'm still getting it (and yes I have tried repairing the DB).. This is the error I get (mostly) although last time I got a series of different addresses.. | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | I've had access violations by clicking on the 'clear all filters' at top left of the screen.. and this is repeatable.

| Posted: | | | | We're researching, but unfortunately these are notoriously difficult to diagnose unless a specific set of steps can be narrowed down and we can reproduce it. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | One way to get this error is to select "Add to Collection", press Cancel and after that trying to edit current profile (without first clicking Collection List which has now lost knowledge of current profile). |
