Glitch in the matrix for "new" contributions |

| | Posted: | | | | I'm trying to submit info to the profile for the Arrow US release of Fear Is the Key (760137-143079). There have been only 2 accepted contributions: November 30, 2023 & February 18, 2024. I downloaded the profile in-between updates, and got the February update last night (covers scans only). However, when I go to contribute the rest of the profile, I get the error page that shows up when the initial contribution for a profile has already been done. My question is: It's not a "new" profile anymore, so why can't I contribute updates? | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! |

Once that is released, you should be OK to submit your updates.

All nine profiles approved on 02-Mar-2024 have now been released. In addition, another two profiles approved on 06-Mar-2024 were released. I also carried out a complete download of the OnlineList.dod file (CTRL+"Refresh Online Profile List") successfully with no error message. One thing I noted during the download was the higher download speed I was getting from the new server (5Mbps). |
