| | Posted: | | | | Given the huge length of Cast/Crew lists now that we are using dividers, it would be useful to be able to be able to compress the list so that only the dividers show.
In Edit Mode, everything would be as it is now.
In Display Mode, the default would be in compressed format, showing just the dividers in the list. By left clicking on a divider, it would expand and show everything under that division.
A right click on any divider could open a dialogue box allowing you to select Compress All, Expand Single Divider, Expand All Dividers to change default behavior.
This would greatly facilitate scrolling through the list to find a particular entry, especially if when you go into Edit Mode, the cursor is prepositioned on that divider. | | | John

Although, it would need a ckeckbox for the "all" option, or something. Might look weired having that somewhere next to the crew/cast lists, though 0-o Opening 'another' dialog to do a simple action isn't good, IMHO. But it is definitely needed  |
