On the same line as the EAN, there are icons (disc, green arrow, yellow lock, etc.). Right-click on the far right one (the disc with the 2 heads in front of it). Click on View Contribution Notes. | Figured it out (accidentally, of course)! Under the word "Genres" in the General Information tab of Edit Profile, there's a Lock icon. Right-clicking on that and unchecking "Lock when changed" did the trick!
