Approved/released profiles not showing up in database |

It was approved and released over a week ago but I get nothing when typing in UPC or typing in the title. I recently added information for a new release (The Man I Love) that was already approved and released by others, but it did not show up when I searched for it. I now have three other fairly recent (but not brand new) titles not showing up: The Country Girl, The Rose Tattoo, and Come Back, Little Sheeba. None of them show up when I search the database, and I'm pretty sure those Kino Lorber titles would have been added by now. Thoughts? |

I tried this, and while it seemed to refresh all prior profile data, it did not add or update data for Come Back, Little Sheba (for example). I only see the images with no disc information at all added to the entry. I finished my own entry for The Country Girl, so that data was complete already, and it looks like The Rose Tattoo hasn't been submitted yet at all, so I will add my own entry for that title and submit it. If any of you see The Rose Tattoo has already been entered, this only confirms that I am not getting updates to either my PC Desktop version or my iOS version of DVD Profiler. |

Come Back, Little Sheba has the cover scans (not cropped, still showing the case itself) in the database from the initial contribution on July 9th, 2024. There are 3 pending contributions for Sheba: 2 with updated cover scans, and yours with overview and cast/crew. There has been no contribution that added the discID, so someone will have to contribute that part. | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
