He's not creited in the cast section, but later on in the endcredits there are credits for the Footbal Team. In my opinion those are also valid credits, but I leave the descision up to you if you list him or not.

I think the US blu-ray profile is the most accurate at the moment and that's one of the three profiles you've mentioned. Kluge has listed the Waterboy so I think we can agree the credit is valid as well and Pat O'Hara is the common name. FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
