Actually the original contributor DID follow the rules. The documentation requirements satisfied invelos' rules and guidelines.

I believe nothing of the sort.  What I know, however, is how to read.  All that is required of me is to read and follow the rules, as they are written.  Nobody is required to listen to what you intended as this is not your program.  Should Ken post a clarification, I will defer to his wishes.  I will not, however, defer to your's.
