Some of these things are only sorted by experience, I learned that years ago with the Crew roles when I started running into Hollywood's never-ending penchant for creative role development. Because if we use the way ChalrieM, while completely according to rules so i'm not criticizing him, in my opinion we are inventing things the credits just don't show.
Of course i you could also use Pre-Crime Cop if that decision is made.
