I suggest to all who purchase this set to view every episode.

I recently watched the episode "Vegas" which is on Disc 4 of Season 5, and at about 8.55 into the episode the picture breaks up into square pixels.

Yeah, mine had it too but it was literally 1-2 seconds which is why I missed it the first time (probably looked away at that time).

So is this a master flaw or just a batch of bad discs?
I'm going to call Fox tomorrow and see what I can find out, for this amt of cash I need to have this disc replaced.

I finally got around to watching this. I didn't have any picture breakup at all. Just so I have the right spot, this is right when John walks away after talking to the nurse at the hospital right?

Orci discovered this (via PM):

I found out older players can't handle the new compression rate. I took the disc to a locale audio / video dealer nearby and he played it and guess what no glitch. So I guess that takes care of that for now.
