I would like to add one thing. It might seem that I have a problem with Skip because of my need to respond recently to a few of his postings.

At times, this is true. But, for the most part over the years he has been very helpful to me whenever I had questions or problems. Most of his helpfulness has been via private messages, which others, sadly, are unable to view.

I believe Skip, as well as others in the community, have the ability to improve the database. It is how we try to achieve that goal that sometimes needs improvement.

I might have been a bit hasty in my responses and contributed a bit of negativity to these forums. For that, please accept my apologies.

No problems with you on any ground, hon, The biggest problem is as I explained poor quality notes or simply submitting something that appears to have no change but is not explained, beyond mindlessly accepting that there is something going on. Then there is the issue of BY proagation which i explained, I hope adequately. The suffix propagation, if it messes up the credited as, which some users don't seem to understand, is a definite problem.<shrugs>

The only issue that i suggested the other day, relative to you Kathy, is coming down on me while you ignore the behavior of other users, I know i am the big target. But selectivity is not acceptable, I choose not to list the specific users who live to attack and insult but their behavior is completely and totally unacceptable and untuil I begin to see equal condemnation, such comments directed only at me fall on deaf ears.

Just one question for you Skip, you mention other users behavior as being 'completely and totally unacceptable' which might or might not be true. But what about your own behavior? Do you believe that your behavior has never been 'completely and totally unacceptable'?

You mean like yours, Double Down. I have said for years do not throw rocks when you live in a glass house yourself, and do not presume that you can sit in judgement of me or any other user. You aren't qualified and as long as I see other users who are allowed to misbehave or participate in threads whose sole purpose is to excoriate a single user, then few of you have any sort of credibility. You want better, PROVE IT.

It sounds like you are trying to come up with a reason for your 'completely and totally unacceptable' behavior.

Since you brought me up, can you please find any post I have made that falls into this category? It shouldn't be hard I only have 44, 45 now, posts on this forum. I think the worst you will find is pointing out your poor behavior.

I will give you that some members jump on you too quick. But I think they do it for the same reason you do it, because they are familiar with your posting history and have come to expect the worst out of you.

But back to the question, do you ever post in a 'completely and totally unacceptable' manner? A simple yes or no would suffice. Because if you know you do then maybe you should take your own advice and 'do not throw rocks when you live in a glass house'

This is true, I don't post very often. why should I have to 'Prove It' to you? Who are you? What exactly do I have to 'Prove' and what do I get when I 'Prove It'?

I have no credibility because I don't have that many posts? So any new users that wander in here will have no credibility? I don't think this is they type of atmosphere that is conducive to building a cohesive community.
