You're the expert, tell me:

How much does the additional B-rD 2D cost me?
How much does the additional DVD cost me?
How much does the additional 2- or 3-disc case cost me?
How much does the additional storage space cost me?
How much does the additional UltraViolet DRM code cost me?

Since you're the expert tell me what do you mean by B-rD? BloodRayne 2: Deliverance? Selfmade acronyms are a bit challenge for me.

I could be wrong... but I believe B-rD is short for Blue-ray Disc. He is speaking of the combos that have the 2D version and 3D version together.

I'm sorry, but you can only choose from our Media Types:

DVD
Blu-ray Disc
HD DVD

Make an educated guess.

They need to make an additional BD? (If BD I assume under a $1, if that)
Under $0.50
Another $0.05 for an uprgade
Another $0.01 as they are the same size.
Nothing, if you don't use it.

Glad I could help!

Ok, I think I'm getting it.
B-rD = BD
Dv-D = DVD
Hd-Dv-D = HD DVD
