Except that we can't use the filmed title per the Rules, EXCEPT for Original Title field perhaps. Now personally speaking I prefer to use the filmed title, but that's an old argument.

Also, Surfeur, your poster appears to contradict itself.
It states the film is 'Red' and then says what that is an acronym for!

Where have you seen that an acronym cannot be in small caps?

Some examples : Agrimed, Altener, Bridge, Caricom, Cedeao, Cedefop, Cenelec, Ceprem, Cerchar, Ciheam ... Unesco, Unicef, Valoren

That's a very good point which I hadn't considered. I have noticed at least Unicef being used like that regularly.

Yes, but United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund=Unicef.
Retired, Extremely Dangerous isn't the colour Red but the abbreviation RED.

It's CEO and not Ceo. The pronounciation is C.E.O. and not seo.

My copy (025192098369) has "RED" in upper case without periods and without "Retired extremely dangerous".  Profile has it as "Red", I may change that later today.

From the movie opening.

Couldn't find anything in the credits list which I found rather odd.

RED or R.E.D. I assumed that the . were dropped as a rule thing. Anywho

Winston - Try not to but such a snot, answer the question, and if you are going to scream rules, then just quote them with out being snide or rude. Responses like your turn people off to actually attempting to contribute to the system.

Given that screenshot, then, I would say that the profiles should look as follows:

Title:  RED or R.E.D. - depending upon what the cover of that copy looks like
Original Title:  RED

I suppose you could use Red, but my personal opinion is that RED is more correct.

I keep forgetting Skippy has me blocked 'cause I stopped putting up with his bullish and started calling him on it... he wouldn't have seen the cover I posted. That's okay. His entirely rude remarks to Grendell almost directly after I posted proof that backed up Grendell's stance just make him seem all that much more ignorant and daft.

I'd go with Original Title RED for all releases and then DVD Title however it is for that specific profile. Mine is R.E.D. Dr. Killpatient's is RED. One might specifically be Red if that's how it's printed on the cover of the dvd/blu-ray (not movie poster). (I know however that original title and dvd title don't distinguish between capitalization, so for consistency sake I'd say go with RED for all titles).
The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play.

Thanks for all the feedback!  I've decided to go with RED. Because that's what both on my cover and in the credits, and because it's an acronym.

As a DVD name, it can be correct, as are R.E.D. and Red, depending of the edition.
As an original title, nothing in movie credits suggest that the title RED is an acronym. Red is a word (colour), which is capitalized and coloured in the color red, to show clearly it means "red". So the original title should be "Red" ( I have never seen that we keep all caps for original titles).

In your opinion it should be Red, there's a difference. Only 20% agrees with you though (poll).

I wonder, how to they do it for languages where the words "retired", "extreamly", and "dangerous" do not start with R, E, and D respectively?

FWIW, in México the title is: RED (Retirados Extremadamente Duros) that translates as: RED (Retired Extremely Tough)

Many official websites use all caps titles. Just an example for a new movie :

What will be the Invelos title, COLOMBIANA or Colombiana?

So why RED and not Red?

COLOMBIANA is not an acronym nor an abbreviation, which is the topic of discussion here
