The profile is available for the correct locality (Austria) as bbbbb already stated.

I only said 'The austrian profile exists', in fact I think it was correct to having had the now deleted german profile because of the german specific FSK 16 labeling on the cover and that it does not make any difference whether the media companies are german or austrian GmbHs or what their address is.

Due to the fact, that Austrian releases also are to be sold in the German spoken neighbouring countries, the FSK rating is printed on them, except on titles, that are released over here instead, because they are on the German index (Predator 2 with SPIO/JK SU for example).

On a sidenote, our small market doesn't moneywise allow publishers to release alternate covers, so we also get the German releases (with FSK rating) over here.

As before mentioned title is an (Austrian) movie with an Austrian publisher (Filmladen), the entry with Austrian locality is correct.

What, exactly, do you expect the screeners to do?  Check every locality to see if a title actually exists?

In fact, yes.
As I understand, they do take the time to screen updated contributions to the smallest semicolon, don't they?

I don't want to offend the screeners in any way, but what I have seen in first contributions is sometimes horrendous... and I'm not talking about incorrect locality.

If the the DVD is released in both Countries, both profiles should remain.

If there's an FSK label then this DVD is clearly intended to be sold in Germany since the FSK is the german rating institute and has no "jurisdiction" in Switzerland or Austria. And since it's (also) aimed at the german market I see no reason why there shouldn't be a german profile for it.

No, they do not.  The screeners do not have access to every release so depend on the voters to help them decide what is and isn't a good contribution.  That is why it is important for people to pay attention when they are voting.  Unfortunately most do not.

You have to understand that what you are seeing is based on having the actual disc in your hand.  The screeners do not have that luxury.  They trust that the contributor is being honest and, if they are not, other users will correct the profile.  There is no way that Ken can provide the screeners with accurate data for every release in this country, much less for every release around the world.

It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

That's
a) just the first of the two titles, not the compilation of both movies, and
b) just the DVD, not the Blu-ray you linked here to
