But the fact that we're not including cast, crew, child overviews, etc. makes this a sort of half-assed approach.  I mean, if this is important, then the rules should be changed to include everything.  Otherwise, they should be changed to include next to nothing.  Sitting in the middle just sucks.

We do enter the overviews from the packaging (and even from the booklet in some cases). Maybe not everyone is interested that much in cast/crew. I do agree that profiling the parent only is probably not for everybody. I myself profile the children only for film box sets and the parent only for TV seasons. The film box set parents are only listed in my ordered tab for contribution purposes.

You are, of course, correct.  While Ken did remove the requirement from the program, as was requested, he neglected to add it to the rules.  Probably an oversight but, as it stands now, it is not something we are required to leave out.
