I'ePMd the original poster in the data contributions and asked him to revisit his post and upgrade the CoO ( usa not australia) and then hopefully resubmit with these same scans ..
maybe my post here will help convince the vast majority of voters to relook at the scan reevaluate their decision..

At any rate, I'll see about getting a new scan up later today. Yes I did vote no , as almost everyone said the existing older scans were so much clearer and more detailed and less red etc etc .. I said in my No votes that "we all love a Green Mick along with his Green hat and green buildings.. because otherwise it wouldn't be realistic any other way" .. and those comments sat undisturbed for close to 6 days .. there was no rebuttal... That's why in frustration I posted this thread ...
