Trying to determine the common name for Walter Jones (AKA Walter Emanuel Jones or Walter Emauel Jones).

Currently the CLT shows the following results.

Walter Emanuel Jones=70 titles (188 profiles).
Walter Jones=51 titles (159 profiles).
Walter Emauel Jones=1 titles (3 profiles).

Looks like a slam dunk for Walter Emanuel Jones, but it is confusing with non-US profiles and disc level profiles perhaps affecting the results in one over the other.

So just want to make sure what is his common name.

Thanks. However, I would consider ADR Voices as crew. They're added in post-production. And I'm not the only one who thinks this, otherwise there would be a lot more profiles with this data:

Fighting: 1 out 26 profiles has this credit
Alvin and the Chipmunks: 3 out of 56 profiles have this credit.
The Skeleton Key: 1 of 62 profiles has this credit

Are they listed in the cast section, or in the sound section of the crew?

In recent years it's included more often, but I don't think this topic is the place to restart that discussion, because as long as Invelos does not provide clarity in this.

I have only confirmed the titles, and although I personally have no difficulty in including them, I leave the decision to you to include them or not.

Only Open Season and Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 are directly under the cast. But I think there are more titles in your list where the actual credit is not listed in the cast section.

The "They're added in post-production" argument applies to labels like "Additional Voices" as well. Gamemaster's confirmations nicely illustrates the problem: he confirms seven credits for Mr. Jones, and on all of those seven films, he provided the exact same job. Only the label he's given differs a bit: sometimes it's "Additional Voices", sometimes it's "ADR Cast". In other films it's yet another label - 'What to Expect When You're Expecting' labels him "Voice Cast", for instance. Still, he's doing the same job every time. Personally, I always strive for consistency. In this case, that means that if we get to enter him for "Voice Cast" and for "Additional Voices", then I'll enter him for "ADR Voices" as well. Or the other way around: if we don't list him for "ADR Voices", then I don't want to list him when he's labeled as "Voice Cast" or "Additional Voices" either. Again, he's doing the same job every time. I say either we track it every time, or we don't track any of them at all - but let's not let it depend on tiny variations in the label he's given. We should either track his job, or not. This line of reasoning has resulted in these being entered more and more. This has also been helped by Ken Cole's public statement that:

I don't see a compelling reason to exclude non-specific voice credits.

They're voice credits, they're non-specific, so like Ken, I see no reason to leave them out.

Note that the credit has two mm's in Emmanuel.

I've missed Ken's Statement. So there's some clarity. I think T!M describes it perfectly why we should list them.
