When this occurs I document that invelos filter is propagating such and such data.
It is my understanding that it is correct to submit that data since Ken has implemented filters to do just that.
Is my understanding of this issue correct? |

| | Posted: | | | | Yes and no Kathy. When it fundamentally changes the Credited data, then NO. If it changes a credited Jr. to , Jr. Then the credited AS data must be maintained. It is merely a filter, it does not and should NOT change the ACTUAL credit. That is your error.
The Martiamn once again display a fundamental muisunderstanding of the issue. It is simply a FILTER to establish a fictional common data entry. But that Filter has nothing to do with the ACTUAL credit. Obviously if Joe Smith, Jr. is the credit it is not problem. But if the credit is Joe Smith Jr and you simply propagate the filter yiou have created erroneous data by ignoring he Credited As data. Done CORRECTLY the program will Joe Smith Jr. as Joe Smith , Jr. (Common Name established by filter) and the link will be maintained, done incorerectly it changes Correct data in to BAD DATA.

I can't believe this is even a question, it is so fundamental an so easy to understand. The online is being raped and hijacked for BAD DATA.

Ken, PLEASE help stop THIS nonsense, the database is being corrupted on a daily basis by this and other changes that have been made. So earlier today Unicus was responsible for watermarked images getting into the db and now somehow Kathy's lack of understanding something so fundamentally easy is raping and kijacking the database?!?  You come up with some bizarre stuff sometimes but today you've surprised even me  Perhaps it's time for a vacation. The weather's nice. Go fishing or something.  |

If that makes me a rapist then call the police (and an ambulance for Skip's forthcoming aneurysm). I was under the impression that because the program is doing it automatically then that is how Ken wants it. |
