So, this is very peculiar. I have some titles in my collection that I added using the scan function (some time ago already). So they exist in the database, I didn't manually enter them.

I notice that these titles don't have cover scans. So I select the title and then choose "online" --> "Refresh DVD from Invelos" --> "Refresh images only"..... and nothing happens.

So I think, okay, no cover scan exists for this title, so I'll add it myself. So I scan the front and back, add them to the title, choose to upload this change to the database... and at that point I see that covers do in fact already exist. That's weird.....?

So I cancel my contribution, and repeat the process of refreshing the images for that title.... and now the program DOES find and add the scans.

This just happened for three different titles.

That's peculiar, no?

It's a bug in the program.

I hoped it was solved in version 4, but unfortunately it isn't.

Okay. So I'm not insane. Good to know.

Any way I can get images without all those steps next time?

As far as I know, the preview option works:
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)

If you have your images locked, I believe you have to unlock them first.

... that's the trick with the preview option: you have the choice...

From my point of view, all other options in the Refresh menu are either useless or don't work as expected.
