Looks like I can only help with one this time...

Megafault — Scott Wheeler — Additional Visual Effects... so if I am not mistaken (no idea for sure) we do not credit in profiler any Additional credits. Am I right?

Not to start a debate. but yes we would credit him if he is credited as a VFX or DFX Supervisor under a company heading such as "Additional Visual Effects by Smith Visual Effects Company" And he's listed under them as a Visual Effects Supervisor for example.

But if not and he is credited such as "Additional Visual Effects by Scott Wheeler" then no credit would be contributed into the main database.

DragonQuest: Scott D. Wheeler (as visual effects producer, listed under visual effects supervisor... don't track crew so unsure if this is valid or not but there you go).

Monster: Scott D. Wheeler (as visual effects supervisor, but this time listed under visual effects producer... again don't track crew so unure if this is a valid credit).

We track only visual effetcs supervisors (also disegners and directors).
So Scott D. Wheeler is credited as visual effects supervisor in DragonQuest and as visual effects producer in Monster?
In this case is valid only the first credit.

In DragonQuest he is listed as Visual Effects Producer. He is listed after another guy who is listed as Supervisor.

In Monster he is listed as Visual Effects Supervisor. He is listed after another guy who is listed as Producer.

(So the other way round to what you listed)

Are you sure the make-up artrist and VFX are different guys?

Mega Piranha is Scott Wheeler for VFX (under a Rogue divider/header). It's my audit so I trust it but can't recall the exact screen wording. If not a supervisor I would've kept him local.

Would you believe I also have 6 titles with make-up artist (currently linked as the same dude) and even #1 Cheerleader Camp with the actor?

Too bad most of these credits are from "Asylum" titles, those usually aren't good or owned by anyone. Then again, Cheerleader Camp is an Asylum title I got to review and ended up keeping as it was funny. Makes me wonder if the actor and VFX might be the same guy, seeeing how they are all from the same small budget studio.

For #1 Cheerleader Camp I have some doubt, this is the IMDB link for the actor (Cameraman):
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2310430/
but the strange thing is that in "Merlin and the War of the Dragons" there are two credited Scott Wheeler, one is the actor (credited as camera operator: 2nd unit) and the other is a visual effects supervisor.
