iPad will not upload collection to online database

I can no longer upload new dvds to my online collection via my iPad. The camera refuses to focus on a bar code properly using my iPhone 14 Pro. Getting harder to keep track of dvds I’ve already purchased

Is it a camera problem on BOTH your iPad and iPhone?
Can you enter the UPC code manually?
Is the camera enabled in DVD Profiler settings?
Is the camera focusing properly in the Camera app?
